Sara Elizabeth Archer went to her endless reward with God Himself on Saturday, August 17, 2019.
Miss Elizabeth was conceived July 4, 1928, in the Redstone people group of Jackson County to Charles Walter (Buck) Archer Sr. what's more, Sarah Nell Archer. She had a few kin, every one of whom have gone before her to Glory. Online Athens Banner Herald Obituaries.
She went to a two-room school building at the side of New Kings Bridge Road and Jefferson River Road, later moving on from the Martin Institute class of 1945. Miss Elizabeth worked indefatigably in Christian Youth Crusade and in Neighborhood Gospel Mission as a result of her extraordinary love for God and youngsters. The most recent couple of years have been spent essentially in the service of petition. PENDERGRASS - Hilda Jones Rauton, 79, Pendergrass, kicked the bucket Friday, August 16, 2019, at New Horizon Health and Rehabilitation in Gainesville, after an all-encompassing ailment.
She was brought up in Sebring, Fla., and was an alum of Sebring High School. Hilda lived in Lakeland, Fla. for quite a while, before moving to Soperton in 1976 and lived there until making Pendergrass her home in 2012. She worked at Federal Pacific and Oxford Industries for quite a long while. She went to Grove Level Baptist Church in Maysville and appreciated sewing, knitting, perusing and word astounds. She was gone before in death by her folks, Clarence Jones and Ruth Carolyn Peacock Jones; and a sibling, Donald Jones.
Mrs. Rauton is made due by her significant other, Daniel Rauton, Pendergrass; four kids, Carol Ann King, Swainsboro, Sharol White and spouse Rayford, Pendergrass, Susan Stubbs and husband Cam, Sylvania, and Steven Rauton and wife Audra, Bethlehem; six grandkids, Lucas Calhoun, Heather Hannah, Randy Fields, Jeremy Rauton, Perry Rauton and Carey Rauton; five extraordinary grandkids, and a few nieces and nephews.
Burial service: Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the South Thompson Baptist Church with Pastor B.L. Horne directing. Entombment to follow in the congregation burial ground.
